Bookings only came in over the phone, and no-shows were common with nothing to remind clients ahead of time. We built a self-serve booking flow into the site, added a loyalty and gift card program to bring clients back, and layered in automated appointment reminders.

Plastic Surgery Travel Agency
Medical tourism runs on trust built entirely online, before a client ever meets their surgeon. We built a site with a booking system for consultations, a blog to support search visibility around procedure and destination questions, and automated follow-ups so no inquiry goes cold while a client is still deciding.

Fitness Coach website
Coach Steve, a 35-year police veteran, built the Tactical Fitness Program to bring First Responder-level discipline to busy professionals. We built a credibility-first site around his background, with a clear path from browsing programs to booking a call, entirely self-serve for clients he’d never meet in person first.

Property managers across the Bay Area needed one place to request painting, cleaning, repairs, or janitorial work without juggling six different vendors. We built a site around a single multi-service quote form, so a client can request painting and carpet care in one submission instead of filling out separate forms for each. Local SEO and Google Business integration keep the site visible for building managers searching by service and by city.

Good to know
How much does a website cost in Montreal?
The Essentials plan starts at $975 USD for up to five pages, and Signature+ starts at $5,500 USD for a custom coded multilingual build with ten or more pages. Prices are before tax, and the final price is fixed in a written plan before work starts.
How long does a website take to build?
Four to eight weeks for most sites, from the signed plan to launch. Stores and larger sites take eight to twelve.
Can my website be in French and English?
Yes. A second language can be added to any plan, and Signature+ includes English, French and Spanish. This studio’s own site is published in all three. Ask on a free call what a bilingual version would add to your plan.
Do I need to be in Montreal to work with you?
No. Orbita is based in Montreal and works with clients worldwide, with free 30 minute calls by video.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Essentials and Advanced sites are designed on Wix Studio, so you edit them in the Wix editor. Signature sites are custom coded; if you want to manage content yourself, we connect them to a Wix backend, where you edit text, images, projects, leads and bookings in a dashboard, no code required. The design stays locked, so edits never break the layout.
Wix or custom code: what is the difference?
Wix Studio is the fastest way to a polished, easy-to-edit site, and it is what we use for Essentials and Advanced. Custom code, used for Signature and Signature+, removes every limit on design and motion: scroll films, stacking cards and page transitions like the ones on this site. Both are designed from scratch for your brand.
Will all this motion slow the site down?
No. Images are served in modern formats at the right size, heavy effects load progressively, and visitors who prefer reduced motion get a calm version.
